Client won't attempt to connect to localhost

I have my server running, I've built a custom grf file with Alexandria's data folder.

 

I edited the clientinfo.xml file, I've got my mmo.h file set up, etc. Everything works, with one exception.

 

For some reason, my diffed client is still trying to connect to Gravity

s ip 112.175.128.138, rather than 127.0.0.1(as specified in all of my files).

 

My data.ini is set to load my grf file before rdata and data.grf.

 

I just don't know why it's trying to connect to Gravity, instead of localhost. I'm using 2012-04-10.

 

Update:

I downloaded Rytech's client pack and through some process of merging it with my existing stuff... it connects to localhost. I don't know if it is his data folder or the lua folder, but it works. It's taken me twelve hours to get this server+client running -_-. I am probably neeeever going to update this again.
