Her name is Fyyre, she is well known in the Lineage II private server sphere. She released a lot of modified, unpacked, tweaked Lineage II exe's. (Lineage II uses Themida too...) Her website is there : http://fyyre.ivory-tower.de/ Though I'm not sure she is still active, as last posted unpacked exe was after the beginning of Goddess of Destruction update ...
