Hi, we have an almost no-delay server though i'm planning to make a few changes.
I'm currently stuck on one this one. I can't seem to figure out how to add like a non-reducable 0.2 sec delay on Tarot Card of Fate that's applicable only in GvG/WoE scenarios.

I'm currently stuck on one this one. I can't seem to figure out how to add like a non-reducable 0.2 sec delay on Tarot Card of Fate that's applicable only in GvG/WoE scenarios.
Is this possible? Any help would be appreciated.
