Seit rathena ist die gm.conf recht klein geworden. Bzw. kann man nicht mehr einstellen das ein GM benutzen von Skills keine Items wie z.b Blue Gemstones braucht. Früher ging das ja alles. Siehe \doc\permissions.txt Permissions sind, wie bereits erwähnt, in der groups.conf einzustellen. Zum Beispiel: skill_unconditional : Ability to use skills without meeting the required conditions (SP, items, etc...).
