help installing cp

my vps and webhost is hosted to different company

 

i already configured my application.php and servers

 

upon installing my flux..when i first install the password then it is correct..after that i will enter my mysql username and password then after installation it tells that i have entered my password wrong..i checked my files and again works perfect..so i tried again but still it tells that i entered the wrong password

Add new user with  your webhosting ip and grant all privileges with the same password you had on your phpmyadmin.

i created a user from my vps phpmyadmin that grants all privilege from my webhost..still doesnt work
