Standart Jobmaster NPC

I get skills from last job when using standart job NPC to change *SURPRISE* jobs. So example.

 

Lvl 99\50 hunter select rebirth gets Novice 1\1 100 statpoints and skill "Phantom arrow" "Improve concentration" at misc skill tree tab. After up to High Archer "Improve" dissapear but phantom stayed.

Errrm... what? Screen from high archer. On Sniper job all these skills are gone.
