Im using rathena v 17128 where the skill slow grace is bug. When you use it in town with no pvp or gvg on it still affect everyone in the AOE which should not be the case. when on woe,pvp or gvg, allies ,caster and enemy are affected. Even if Dancer is with soul link she can be slow by the skill..
I know that this bug is fix in the latest svn. unfortunately I cant switch to the new svn because without wiping my existing sql database..
