2012-04-10 are you experienced this?

honestly, i notice all the npc in my server are having an error everytime i talked to them....i thought it was a bug issue and i reported it...someone told me maybe it was a client then i use a client with a date of 2012-04-10...is there anyone here who use a client 2012-04-10 who experienced what i said?...starting to sprakki then the bulletin board in front of her then all the npc i hope someone can notice what i said im also use rathena up to the latest

 

p.s: i cant trace where is wrong (client or svn) i mean i dont know where can i post this

That's weird, because that bug is very similar to the last 'close;' bug in previous SVN version, but now it has been fixed.

If clicking on Sprakki and other official NPC makes you and your players stucked, then probably it's server related problem.

hahahahaha the first time i encountered that error, i also said that so weird so i delete everything and make a new one...still i got  that error....anyway Nana thank you so much!

Your problem happen at the moment you apply the  Diff to your client

 

you have to un-check the extended NPC dialog option 

 

 

 

and its done!

 

I guess this happen ath the moment you talked to your first npc!

What kind of error? Is it just stuck after talking to them? If it is, then you should reupdate your SVN to the latest, because last week we have some error in the 'close;' command.

an error when you talk to npc it will freeze your character and it will not respond anymore you need to press ctlr+alt+delete to close it...i observe it before when the first time i successfully build my first RO offline and i thought it was a bug. But now i create a new server and it still the same error i get to when i talked to them...but my custom npc are fully function and i did not get any error to them just the "default NPC" have something wrong....i hope you understand what i mean

yeah i recompile it....maybe i need some user who experienced what i said...coz i dunno  if it is only by me or whoever got the error but honestly i am already know how to build a server and a client basically and im still got that annoying error everytime i click them (npc)....i hope some user will read my post who experienced what i said and leave some comment on how they fix it or maybe some idea...this thread will open for some negative comment and suggest about on what i am saying....Nana thank you for helping me!
