client no response to my server?

guys please help naman sa server ko, ok naman cguro itong server ko, pero if mag koconnect ako sa client ko walang lumalabas na parang nag cacall xa sa server ko, cant explain clearly, pero parang di xa naka connect sa server ko? always disconnect to the server nalabas.
 
i am using wireless broadband, always changing ip every turn off (any suggestion po na magandang gawin?)

gumamit na po ako ng no-ip, change all 112.198.90.57 to your-ro.sytes.net and sa clientinfo.xml pinalitan ko din po sa your-ro.sytes.net

lageng failed to connect po ung client ko, wala nmn nalabas sa server ko na attempt to connect ung acct na un. help me....
