Server Worked / Day after: Access denied for user

Question

Posted (edited)

I got my server to run yesterday.

In the evening I shut down my pc without changes.

Today I got the error: Access denied for User XY@localhost (Using Password: YES)

I encountered that error the day before, but I fixed it and everything worked.

XAMPP is online (apache & mysql)

localhost/phpMyAdmin is checked >> db Name, Username and Password is correct

I even re-compiled the 3 server sql files.

inter_athena is also cecked and correct (as everything wored yesterday and I didnt change anything)

Do I have to run/refresh the database at localhost/phpMyAdmin?

EDIT1: In phpMyAdmin at "processes" I can only see 2 Users (out of 3). The missing User is the one I am using for my server. Could it be, that I have to "run" the user anyhow?

EDIT2: I had to create a new User in MySQL and give him database-rights (again) for it to work now. Has anyone an idea how to do something against this so that I don't have to do this every PC-Start?
