Red line on new morocc and unicode language

hello rathena i just wonder'ing why the red arrow (line) appears in the random floor at morocc and it something like to say that i didnt understand. how do i fix it? those unicode? its in the msgstringtable?

Red Line Appears when you use navigation system or commands like "/navi" "/navi2" .

If using client 2012-04-10 , Then its hardcoded Message Refer to http://rathena.org/board/topic/71122-2012-client-translation/

If using client 2012-04-10+, Then use updated msgstringtable.txt

but its automaticaly appear , without using any navigation, its just like pop'ing a missing sprite. mean the red line.
