How To: Make players with i.e. Kiel Card not benefit from Bragi

As the title says; how do I go about making a check if characters are using 1 Kiel Card so that they will not benefit from Poem of Bragi.

you can do this the other way..

 

Check if the character is affected by Poem of Bragi..

 

 

 

if(getstatus(SC_POEMBRAGI) == 0) bonus bDelayRate,-30;
