Item that only works on specific maps.

Is there a way to enable items ONLY on specific maps (eg: Yggdrasil Berry only usable in Prontera)? In other words, is there a way to do this other than disabling the item on all other maps? Because it doesn't seem very efficient; I would have to type out hundreds of maps.
