You need to find the matching LUA files for your client date, otherwise you will never get it to work ever. That one not work. So i checked it and patch again and copy Data folder into RO client then run client start working as normal. But when i start client i got Lua File\Chatwndinfo\Chatwndinfo_F show up. So after click OK client windows pop up to login screen and i can able to player as normal.
