First at all, i totally agree on your Policy (specially the Don't Redistribute part, since i know that took you time to make that). But the part: This work by Daegaladh is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs 3.0 Unported License. It somehow contradicts that, since that a license that allows everyon to distribute: You are free: to Share — to copy, distribute and transmit the work Although, you are not able to modify it, sell it nor edit it (unless you keep it for you).
