Guild Maker With Disbander

i need an npc that makes guild for the player instead of typing the /guild ........ requirements would be 10 emperium including the emp that would be consume... 100 TCG Card......

Now before creating a certain guild...... i would like the npc to check if he or she is in a guild or party....... if he is in a guild or a party he must leave first.... then he mus be at least lvl 99 to create a guild........... So after the requirement has been met..... the npc would require him to input the name of the guild must not be beyond 14 characters lenght...... and cannot be shorter than 4....... then if the name is good to go..... the npc checks if it exist in the database..... if not..... then creating of the guild proceeds......

now for the disbandment of guild........ i'd want it have a requirement also which is 50million zeny...... and the guild which will be disband must be out of members.......

i hope anybody got time to make me this script =3

for creating guild, atcommand "@guild <name>"; can do it

but for disbanding guild, need to create a new script command for it
