rAthena Casting Time How to Change it to 3ceam casting time

I'm using pre-renewal mode and i enabled the fix cast time in scr renewal. But when i tried to cast a spell with two berzebub cards, still it has a casting time. I also tried with other cards that reduce casting time.. but still no effect at all. How can i fix this? Coz i wanted to use na fixed casting time in pre-renewal.

find the line about dex*2 + int

change the formula and make it dex only after that

goto skill.conf make the 530 dex*2 + int = to 150

then just edit some skills at skill.db

wahahaha, also the item has a cooldown you need to push the button for YggBerry 5times so that u use the item again WTF
