I'm currently using a 2012-04-10 Client but the character deletion set to 24 hours before you delete it. I want to use the old one that when you delete your character it will ask the email at instantly delete it after 10 seconds.is there any help how to fix this? or should i change may Client?

Follow up Question: if i should change it what client will you recommend(Most Stable) to use and what data folder can support it to make compatible? i'm using the latest SVN. :D

Please head on over to your conf/char_athena.conf and find:

// Amount of time in seconds by which the character deletion is delayed.
// Default: 86400 (24 hours)
// NOTE: Requires client 2010-08-03aragexeRE or newer.
char_del_delay: 86400

and change it accordingly. By default, it's 24 hours.

Thanks sir... so all in can do is minimize the Deletion time for 2012-04-10 Client?is there any client that support the old one like enter email and it will delete after 10 seconds? Because when i set the char_del_delay: to 0000000 then try to delete it will ask the birthday then i'll put 0000000 it will only sit you need to close the Client Window and Open it again before you can delete the character. :)

Why {0000000}?

Amount of time in seconds by which the character deletion is delayed.

Change it to 10 so it'll look like:

// Amount of time in seconds by which the character deletion is delayed.
// Default: 86400 (24 hours)
// NOTE: Requires client 2010-08-03aragexeRE or newer.
char_del_delay: 10

As for email clients, it should be old 2011/2010 clients.

Latest data files are for newer clients only. You can actually use any, you'll have to try them yourself to suit your own definition of 'stable'.

As for compatibility, you can use the client that was set to default on mmo.h and the clients dating below what was set.
