Regular hits to crit gives a small delay

I noticed on my server that when a character is doing regular hits and then hits a critical or vice versa there is a small delay between the next attack.....I mean it's very minimal...but I can see it.

But when doing normal hits to normal hits and crit hits to crithits there's no added delay between hits.

Edit: Aparently it's only on Renewal Mode....Pre doesn't have the problem.
