thats hardcoded since you are using 2012-04-10a.

@jazz i think no its not hardcoded only hardcoded in 20120410 client is the navigation window,quest window coz I didnt hex my client to translate that.

Just copy the raw data in that site and replace it in your msgstringtable.txt located in your data folder or grf,
