Most Wanted/Bounty NPC

Hello everyone. I was just curious if anyone knew of a Bounty System was available with rathena that only GM's can set, in other words its like putting a reward of Zeny on a player who is #1 in PvP. It would also be nice if this could be done with some web/MySQL coding as well to display the most wanted, if not then it's okay.

Add GroupID checks if you want to disable the script for normal players.
