Looking for spriter who can do these (willing to pay)

I thought these has been released years ago, just like most of the server customs.

yes it was released years ago but plain colored and not detailed

I want it to look just like that one. not the plain colored ones

I wonder if it will be even noticeable given the sprite being small etc.. The existant ones look great.. but good luck with it !

I can honestly only notice the feathers in back and the details on each side is not big enough/clear enough to be noticeable.. ;-( it just looks like a ' mix of colours' of some kind.. maybe if RO were to be 3d would be much easier to notice but it's current designs I can't really see the difference except for the feathers.
