Commands

Players which are level '0' can use at commands. I enable them to use a few commands on my server, now the thing is...normal players can use #commands.

I want the @ commands to stay the way they are, but i want to remove the #commands from players. How do i go about this?

you can do whatever there I guess. try to change every # (except the C syntaxes) with any other else. then, recompile. remember to backup your file first.
