Can't connect (char-server)

My friend is trying to connect to the server, but he access the login-server, but not the char-server. In my house, with my PC and other of the LAN, I can connect with no problem.

I'm not using no-ip.

char-athena:

I already tried to put my WAN IP at the map_ip, it didn't work.

subnet:

subnet: 255.0.0.0:127.0.0.1:127.0.0.1

Already tried 255.0.0.0:10.1.1.2:10.1.1.2 and nothing.

Hexed: 2011-06-14, tried with 2011-06-09.

Already changed mmo, db/packet to default, 25, 23, 19999 and nothing.

LAN IP: 10.1.1.2

Already tried 127.0.0.1 in all of the ip configuration, nothing too.

Someone can help me?

@edit:

Oh, all the ports are open. I did the tests and all of them says "success, i can see your service" blah blah blah...

Can you provide screenshots or the actual outputs on char-server, login-server, map-server?

char_athena should be

login_ip: LAN IP
char_ip: WAN IP

map_athena should be

char_ip: LAN IP
map_ip: WAN IP
