Problem on installing MySQL

Hello i encountered problem when i installing mySQL , i just follow evrything at judasbible

what should i do? i click retry but it always give an error.

i use mysql provide by judasbible.

Hi naaaan,

As the error states, you need to open port 3306 in your software firewall and also your router. Make sure you've set up port forwarding for your computer's LAN address for port 3306.

sorry for this. i just remember my past mySQL i dont totally delete it, so i need to set and show hidden files on my c:/ to totally remove it. and thanks btw.
