Also I encourage you to apply to the hairsprite a palette with different colors on all index to better see the wrong pixels and avoid saving issues. Use photoshop too. :3. I suggest you to use the black pixel to redraw eyes, and to use the first index of the skin color to redraw nose. Once you're done, you repack it to .SPR.
