permission denied CentOS 6.2

i'm using centOS 6.2 64 bit and i'm using root user.. i still cant run some script like iptables-policy, login-server.sh and other /abs any help pls?

nvm.. fixed.. sorry i forgot to search /abs chmod a+x needed
