How can I extract texture maps, edit them and reuse them?

Hello everyone I wanted to know how I could extract the images used in the maps (ES: Houses, floors, walls, etc. ..) to modify them and re enter the game.

You can use GRFTool to find the textures in your data.grf responsible for covering grounds areas or models in maps. Since GRFTool has a really good search option all you have to do is find the texture and extract it to your desktop, do some editing on it and then pack it in a new GRF that is called BEFORE data.grf.
