Level 103 for Renewal, yes. Now, level 27 for Pre-renewal, yes http://db.irowiki.or...ster-info/1106/ and Classic: http://db.irowiki.or...ster-info/1106/

Don't forget that in Renewal, monsters are a lot different than in Pre-Renewal (stat wise). Just because that since the stats for players are a lot different in Renewal, so is the monsters so that there's a balance.
