It shouldn't be that hard. You just need to find the file where those links are.

Zeek i dont use Ceres CP but i suggest looking inside you're Control Panel FIles etc just search sorry not famailar with Ceres

That contents are included CeresCP\language\English.php or another language.php.

You can modify by finding " //menu.php ".
