I'm about to distrbute my private Ragnarok Online server. I've finished diffing and the last thing to do is customizing the Client Icon. I'm using Resource Hacker and an Icon which I got from Judas's Bible. If I use it with that ugly default Icon, nothing is wrong. But when I use a custom Icon, It doesnt even startup.
