Prontera crashes upon entry

P.S - I didn't know if this was a client issue or anything, so I put it here.

When I enter Prontera, it crashes. Clearly this is a grf problem, but how would I fix it? I even tried a custom prontera o:

Could anyone put the steps here? I did something wrong, obviously.

Probably its a NPC sprite problem?

Try disabling all the NPCs.
