any working job changer with 3rd jobs?

mechanics/requirements:

for novice to 1st job, at least 10 job level and basic skill level 9

for 1st job to 2nd job, at least job level 40

for 2nd job to reborn novice, at least job level 50 and base level 99

for reborn novice to 1st trans, at least 10 job level and basic skill level 9

for 1st trans to 2nd trans, at least job level 40

for 2nd trans to 3rd job, at least job level 50 and base level 255

PS: it will ask the user to remove the extra skill point also.
