pk mapflag support

pk mapflag to support a mapwide pk for setting servers like pRO Valkyrie (semi pk)

setting the server to pk mode sets a server wide pk and only towns would be not affected by this so

making a map wide pk option would be great (note that setting pvp on a map to make it as an alternate solution for this has different effect like having the player counter)

it would be great if if have something like this

just turn on pk mode, and remove the nopvp mapflag for towns

the pvp room would be a problem since there is i think a conflict with pvp room on pk mode server, and the calculations are i think little different

also think of it... so you would set no pvp mapflag on every map you dont want to have the pk? count how many maps you should put that nopvp mapflag

PROBLEM SOLVED

use pvp + pvp no_calcrank on map (pvp mode/wont show player count/wont auto tele after 2 deaths)
