does thor patcher support to patch a grf file ? if not you can extract that grf and make it a .thor file using Thor Maker then change in your ptlist.txt the name of the .thor file

I tried using .thor file but its still FAILED TO COMMUNICATE TO SERVER

Try this one : put the patcher in one folder same with the config packer then pack it .
