My rAthena is on set on pre-renewal but MOBs are still spawning in Renewal mode

I have another problem.

My rAthena is already set to pre-renewal by this guide: http://rathena.org/board/topic/62198-turn-off-renewal-and-make-it-pre-renewal/

But, mobs are still spawning in renewal way.

Any way I can turn it in renewal mode?

the mobs from the Pre RE folder mobdb.sql are whit RE stats . and the Mob/Map spawn are still Renawall mode even if you set it too pre re mode . you have to edit all spawn files .

So, I get it. I'm quite sure I have to edit all npc/mobs/* files

but, does it mean i still have something to edit in my SQL files?

And also, does it mean that OBB and OCA give items still in Renewal way?

OMG! I never knew rAthena has completely* forgotten Pre-Renewal.
