Here in rathena, the chance of refining items above +10 are always the same for+10.......+11, and are very low.

in the file i find this comment

BUT, i find this information on ratemyserver, and suggest the refine rate of items avobe +10 are very high between+10~+13. And if you think, at kro there are many +14 weapons

i sew there is a post that have mention relate refine_db. i want to ask how to setting this new setting? i using 3 ceam. but now change rathena. this new one kinda not understand.

There are two folder one is pre re & re

how to know which one i use? i want use old style that max+10 only. what i should do only to enable old version?

Stats per level, ( what this? how many bonus get from refine? like lv 1 weapon =200 = +2 atk?)

Random bonus start level, (what this? safe refine?)

Random bonus value, (what this too? give what?)

Chance+1:Bonus+1, (what chance? success chance?, bonus+1 is? def+1?)

Chance+2:Bonus+2,

Chance+3:Bonus+3,...

for armor is
