NPC that summons mobster "Barricade"

Can someone make me this script that if you will activate it, i will summon a Barricade in to that specific place? just like what is happening in the WOE SE? because i want to make the barricades as wall!

anyone?

its like if u activate it it will summon a barricade in ex: prontera 150 150

In fact barricade would never block the character. You have to use another command for make some tiles unwalkable :
