Messed up MobDB?

There is something definitely wrong with my MobDB or the server itself.

Yes, I made sure my inter_athena.conf reads SQL Tables:

I went into my mob_db and I checked all my Mobs drops etc. and they're default drops the way they're supposed to be but then I did @mi for a mob ingame and I get starcrumbs and shit? For example, I @mi'd a Garm:

I @mi'd a lot of other Mobs and I get starcrumbs, starcrumbs, ice cream hats and more starcrumbs? When my MOB DB has the right drops? But in-game I get mobs dropping starcrumbs and a Migao dropping HW card?
