means your system have a custom limit and the server failed to override it, you should be able to run the server fine -- it will not allow more than 1024 online players at once however.

i remember in eathena don't have this, if i don't do anything server will have problem?

it's what i said earlier, "operation failed" means it failed to override the setting. you'll be fine.
