Spamming Posts and Accounts in IPB

please help me guys.. there are users that spamming posts in my forums like about Medicines or something, i have recaptcha but how i can prevent this ? is it bot? need help badly.. im using ipb 3.1.2

you can install plugins/mods to autoban new users when their IP is detected as spam

nulled or paid it is still vulnerable in those attack if you are just using recaptcha. recaptcha has been cracked long ago.
