I want to restrict any @commands in jail except @jailtime. how can i do it?

How can i restrict from using skills in a certain map completely without typing @skilloff as GM.?

How can i add certain monster in a certain map?

nocommand

• blocks all @commands
  
• optionally, you can specify the minimum GM level which can override and still use @commands
