Disable-ling Drop Penalty

Do you guys have any IDEA for how to disable this feature?

hello friend, the colleague above made a mistake, he got all mixed up,

there are drop and xp penalties yes, looks like it came with the renewal

the file is located at

rathena-master/db/re the file is level_penalty.yml

and if you search the rathena-master folder using your operating system with the word "penalty" more files will appear

It's not drop penalty, it's drop modifier. ._.;
