[Resolved] Problem with custom mob frame positioning

Just as the title says, for some reason a few frames look like this

I tried to convert it to bmp again to see if there was something wrong there, but i couldn't find anything, what's causing this and what can i do to fix it? thanks in advance! :D

What is the bmp dimensions for each frame? (pixels)

They're all the same as the original Kiel

This tends to happen to me when I convert bmps to spr and leave the Encode box checked. Did you uncheck it?
