2 Problems with refine

[Chopper]

I have two problems, one no matter what I like and I refine a 100% success with whether npc or by weapon refine this skill I have it set differently.

refine_db:

My other problem is that the refi (weapons, equip) your status changes that get no bonus equip armaments and weapons of any atk bonus, which is normal actually

I hope someone can help who knows about it or even once had such a problem.
