How to manage the skills.

In short how can i NERF skills like>> Thara Frog card 25% resist to demi-human. >>= Thara Frog card 18% to demi-human.

Just change the item script in database (sql or txt):

default is:

bonus2 bSubRace,RC_DemiHuman,30;

i think it should be this:

bonus2 bSubRace,RC_DemiHuman,18;

Where can i find this .TXT?

do you use re or pre-re ?

look in "/db" the folder pre-re OR re. (there you'll find item_db.txt)

It depends on what you use AND if you use SQL or TXT.

default is txt.
