Hairstyle and Color problems

1) View on own character no problem with color and hairstyle.

2)When the others people look at you, you having different hairstyle and color.

I got 2 grf-files with pallets inside, will that cause the problem?

Everybody can modificate the client is there is no protection so you can add your own palettes. Here you seems have enable another palettes grf so for get same palettes shared by every players you have to enable same grf. Here you surely add the second grf read first so as Lordamax says you have to change priority reading in your data.ini.

I had this problem before and I think a revision some time ago fixed it. Try updating your copy and see if the problem still persist.

@Aerie, I had tried to edit data.ini , nothing happened.

@Arcenciel, You mean update my revision to latest? but how?

It depends on where your server is located. If it's a local server, you just use TortoiseSVN or whatever you used to get rA.

Now I got rA files, so do I have to replace src folder or whole?

Just check the src, but I had forgotten which I edited.
