How to put the remaining time delay of the item in the chat when clicked?

For example, I'm using yggdrasil berry with a delay of 30 seconds,

How will I make it show that delay in chat?

For example, after 5 seconds, and then I tried using the item again,

There will be a message in chat that will say, something like

"Wait for X-5 time in order to use Y item again".

And after 10 seconds, it will show,

"Wait for X-10 time in order to use Y item again".
