How do i make an Online Server Using No IP

I want to online my server to that anyone in the web can play my ragnarok online server,

I port forward all the port but i cannot connect my self to the server.

the most important thing is that you write down the no-ip.org adress in your char_athena.conf and map_athena.conf

Problem Solved, need to test it outside the lan.
