Help on player connect to my server.

Hi guu, is me the newbie again... I want to ask that this few day i create a server ,is fine to connect in local network, but when i pass the game folder to my friend,... They login and stuck there... unable to proceed to the stage character select..

And my login server there is saying Authenticate user "xx" from "xxx.xx.xx.xxx"........ but wont go to set user :x.. any comment about this ?

Like earlier posts mentioned, screenshot will be helpful.

on a sidenote, did you place you LAN IP or did you place your WAN IP inside the clientinfo.xml?

Did you remember to portforward?
